  • All items must be returned & postmarked within 7 days of receipt for a refund

FAQ

How do I track my on-line order?

 

When Sublime ships your merchandise you will receive via email the tracking number for the package.  If you have any issues with the tracking information please contact us.

 

 

What is your online returns policy?

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags included in the shipping box. Items must be returned & postmarked within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. Sorry, no returns or exchanges on red line or sale merchandise.

How do I return an item?

 

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the merchandise via UPS or FedEx to our boutique address:  126 West Colorado, #102A, Telluride, CO 81435.  (If shipping via USPS, please send to: PO Box 458, Telluride, CO 81435.) You are responsible for return shipping charges.   

 
Do you ship internationally for online purchases?

 

Sorry, but at this time Sublime Telluride does not ship merchandise outside the United States.
