Policies, Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy 

Orders received will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, based on merchandise in stock and we have correct billing and shipping information from the customer. UPS is our shipping provider of choice and all shipments will be shipped via UPS Ground. 

 

Return Policy 

In-Store return policy

Items purchased in store or as a gift may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No cash refunds. After 7 days, items may be returned for up to 14 days from purchase for a store credit or exchange. 

Online Return Policy

Online returns may be returned within 14 days, of the ship date, for exchange, store credit or refund. No cash refunds. We are not responsible for missing merchandise.

Returning Merchandise 

Ship UPS or FEDEX. This will be delivered directly to our store and will have the quickest refund process.  

 

UPS & FEDEX Address:

Ship USPS. This will be delivered to the post office which may delay your refund process.
